August

3 UAB registered;Shareholders of one company changed; Re-registered 2 companies; The management of 3 companies was transferred to Cyrus and the Republic of Estonia; 2 business optimization decisions were prepared.

2 UAB registered;Public institution registered; 2 private companies registered; Association incorporation documents changed;Reorganization conditions through separation were prepared.

Year 2009 I-st quarter (January-March):

Prepared companies activities optimization plan; Prepared one business project; Started the bankruptcy procedure of one company. Started reorganization procedures of 3 companies.

New companies incorporation, data amendments (Statute, authorized capital etc.), reorganization and restructuring monthly results are as follows:

January Provided assistance in incorporating one UAB and one private company, accomplished procedures of 3 private companies rearrangement into UAB, amended Statute of one company.

February Provided assistance in incorporating 4 UAB and one private company, accomplished one private company rearrangement into UAB, prepared data amendments for the three companies. Amended incorporation documents for real partnership company, incorporated one company of UK jurisdiction.

March Provided assistance in incorporating 4 UAB and one public institution, accomplished reorganization in separating, amended Statute of the two companies.

In the year 2008

Prepared one company‘s management structure improving scheme. Coordinated business sale procedure (starting from buyers search until contract concluding). Prepared four business and investment projects and one investment project up to ES SF requirements. Prepared one franchise scheme with accompanying agreements and three distribution agreement projects. Provided assistance in finding and selecting company’s executive from many candidates (employees’ search and selection competition). Performed one company’s executive’s evaluation. Performed four trade marks registration. Provided assistance in liquidation of two companies. One bankruptcy procedure was accomplished. Results on new companies incorporation, data changes (Statue, authorized capital etc.), restructuring and reorganization are presented monthly:
